A complete 2 hour evaluation and walk through the interior and exterior of the home while utilizing a comprehensive checklist which will translate into a type-written report. The report provides cost effective, detailed, practical instructions for homeowners. Paint colors will be suggested where needed. Typed report is completed in approximately 48 hours and copies are sent to both realtor and seller. Fee covers up to 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths; fees vary for larger properties; call for estimate.

"Quick Fix" Staging Consultation
starts at $145
Our most popular service...This walk through service is 90 minutes and covers all the areas listed above but without a written report. During the assessment the homeowner takes notes of all the changes and ideas discussed for the project. Great for those on a tight budget but really need advice on what they can do in terms of staging (prepping the property for sale). Seller will also receive a COMPLIMENTARY kit with lots of tips, instructions/handouts on staging and getting ready for an open house. Offer good in Orange, Rockland and parts of Dutchess counties; fee covers up to 4 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths; fees vary for larger properties.
Home Highlight Service - NEW
I am very excited about this new "value-added" feature. Simply put, my new Home Highlight service is one that offers a COMPLIMENTARY e-postcard with every staging consult. My most important goal as a stager is to do everything possible to enhance and propel the sale of a home. So, to that end, I will be offering a FREE e-postcard for every staging consultation. The postcard will feature the address, price, ML#, # bedrooms, # baths, finished sq. ft., and lot size. Agents, I can also add photos or a virtual tour link, whichever you choose.
A 'Home Highlight' will blast to my entire database which is over 400 contacts. I believe this "value-added" service sets me apart from other stagers and will also increase and broaden the exposure of the homes that I stage and consult on.
Home Staging Install 

$75 per hour
For those selling a vacant or occupied property…I will return to your home after you have received your report/consult and perform the staging/stylizing that you have requested from start to finish. I will ‘stage’ the rooms discussed and make those items on the report come to life. Most homes require an average of 2-4 hours to complete the transformation and to get the desired "photo ready look" to show to prospective buyers. Entire home or partial staging/styling is available to suit any budget. There is a 2-hour minimum and staging installations can vary (in number of hours to complete) depending on the scope of the project and what needs to be addressed.
Home Stylist Consultation
$75 per hour
Not moving but want a change? Try this ECO-friendly decorating option as an alternative to traditional interior design. Perfect for a new homeowner or those who want to restyle and re-arrange their outdated or tired furnishings. This fee includes the initial meeting, photos, and is your time to discuss any décor & color ideas or dilemmas. Adding a few stylish accents to things you already own can make all the difference. We use Benjamin Moore™ for all paint color recommendations.
Paint Color Consultation
$55 per hour
Sunflower Staging will help you confirm and select your paint colors with regards to selling or re-styling your home. We use Benjamin Moore™ for all paint color recommendations.
Move-In Service


$75 per hour
The 'Move-In' service is for those moving into a new residence, combining households, relocation families, people who are downsizing or need assistance in space planning/setting up rooms/layout of furniture/paint color assistance/hanging artwork assistance. From color choices to placing furniture and accessories, I can help new homeowners create a relaxing, comfortable space that feels like home.
For those who are selling…Sunflower Staging carries a number of home accents that you can rent while your home is being marketed. We have an inventory of art prints, ceramics, baskets, florals, lamps and more. Reasonably priced; items rented on a monthly basis; delivery and pickup is complimentary; 2-month minimum payment required on day of install; security deposit applies and is refunded when the goods are returned in good condition. Priced per item or we can customize room packages.
Furniture Rental
Ideal for model homes or vacant properties, Sunflower Staging works with American Furniture Rental. Personal Shopping

$55 per hour
We will shop for home accents needed for home staging or re-styling for that finishing touch. Billed at $40 per hour plus the cost of the items.
Gift Certificates
Sunflower Staging gift certificates are available in the amount of your choice. A one hour “Home Stylist Consult” or "Move-In" service makes a great housewarming gift.
Payment Details
We accept cash or checks and all payments are due at time of service. Please make checks payable to: Sunflower Staging. Questions?
